We understand that once you have placed your order you will be keen to receive it as soon as possible,so your order is packed promptly and dispatched in the most efficient way for the size of your parcel and your delivery address.

ORDERS OVER $100

  • Free Shipping Australia Wide. Our Free Shipping policy applies to every order over $100. If you buy more than $100 worth of products from our store we will send it anywhere in Australia free with our standard shipping.
  • Express Shipping – If you would you like to receive your order even faster then we do have an Express Option for $15.90 available at checkout.  (See Table below for Estimate of delivery time frames.)

We ship using 2 Different services depending on the size of your parcel and your location.

  • Toll Priority Couriers
  •  Australia Post.

Yes we  deliver to PO BOXES and PARCEL LOCKERS

NOTIFICATIONS : You will receive an email you to let you know when your item has been dispatched from Viva Connect Pty Ltd / Lillebaby Australia.  You will also receive a tracking number from Toll Couriers, or Australia Post so that you can track your item.

SHIPPING ADDRESS with SIGNATURE REQUIRED :

  • All items require a signature when they arrive to confirm their safe delivery to you. If you are not home then the delivery service Toll  or Australia Post will leave a card in your mailbox with your local address for collection.
  • We recommend a shipping address where someone is most likely available to sign for the parcel eg a work address, business address, or a residential address where someone is likely to be home.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE : If you provide an Authority to Leave comment with your order then your order can be left  at your shipping address without a signature.  If you authorise the driver to leave the parcel without a signature then you will be responsible for the parcel once it is delivered.   Please note:  We are not responsible for any parcels that go missing after delivery to your delivery address.

DISPATCH :  Your order  will be dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been received. If for some reason there is a delay in sending your items, you will be notified via email or phone.

IN STOCK All items listed as available for purchase for your shopping cart –  are in stock and ready for shipment.

CORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS : Please ensure that your contact and shipping details are correct. We will ship to the delivery address stated on your order. In the event that a parcel is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, a $15 postage fee on standard baby carrier parcels may be charged for resending costs.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

CHANGE OF MIND/GIFT EXCHANGE:  Please choose carefully. We are a retailer of brand new products.  Due to Hygiene reasons we are unable to receive back products that have been used if you change your mind.  We can receive back product that is brand new (not been worn) and still in its original packaging /boxing, within 30 days of purchase with the following conditions:

      • 1) Email us at info@vivaconnect.com to receive an authority number for return.
      • 2)The customer to arrange and pay for the return post of the parcel to us
      • 2) Once the parcel has been received a refund or alternative carrier can be dispatched – this is for the value of the original purchase less a  $15 rehandling/restocking  fee.

PRODUCTS  – 1 Year MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY:  Your product is covered by a 12 months manufacturers warranty. Please note this Warranty covers repair or replacement for products purchased from Lillebaby Australia or an authorised Australian Stockist.

Please note this warranty does not cover misuse of the product or damage due to rough use. Please follow the manufacturers recommendations for care of your lillebaby carrier.
